About Rough Sawn Detroit
Artisan Matt Wlotkowski grew up in Royal Oak, Michigan assisting his dad in the garage with woodworking projects for as long as he can remember.
Now, still residing in Royal Oak with his wife and three children, he continues the family tradition.
Matt is inspired by the versatility of wood and loves coming up with new ways to reimagine salvaged Detroit wood.
Matt is also a full-time construction foreman for a local landscape company.
